1. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT /ASSIST FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Summary:


Responsible for all corporate accounting and finance functions including maintaining and preparing all kinds of related reports and handling other related matters as assigned by department manager.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Verify all accounting vouchers (i.e. payment , invoices journal, petty cash)
  • Verify account code and transactions entered into the accounting software
  • Handle petty cash process
  • Check daily income report and daily expense report for provider , both details and summary report  
  • Verify daily service report from Network Department, including the cash/ / receipt reconciliation
  • Provide and correct commission report
  • Handle monthly account closing to be completed within 5 working days. Ensure that all account s are booked properly, including prepaid income / prepaid expenses / accrued expenses.
  • Reconcile sub-ledger of each Balance Sheet account
  • Summary reimburse expense for recharge to Medical Group file
  • Handle VAT issue, including form PP.30 to be submitted to the Revenue department on schedule
  • Coaching, Monitoring, Leading and Developing subordinates
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or higher. 
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience. And 2 years in supervisor level
  • Good command of English.
  • Have leadership and coordination skills
  • Good Computer skills and high interpersonal skill.
  • Self-motivates, flexible and possess good analytical skill 


Key Working Relationships: 


This position communicates with both internal customers and external customers including the Revenue department. The position must deal professionally and effectively with all other Departments , suppliers and providers.


Work Conditions:

Working Hours : 8.30 – 17.30 hrs.

Working Days  : Monday – Friday

Location          : Head office

2. COMPLIANCE AND INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

Report to :

Business Analysis Manager


Job Summary:

The compliance and internal audit officer is to ensure that each department and/ or line of business operate within the policies, procedures and regulations set forth by a company on both Group and Local levels, and laws.


To be successful in this role, a person must be a self starter and able to work independently. He/ She must also be of an ethical character performing the duties honestly. He/ She must be able to be objective when conducting the audit and control.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and update policies and procedures in accordance with specific organizational guidelines
  • Audit and review existing controls in company’s each operational area
  • Provide risk and compliance – related report results to senior management along with recommendation for further improvement
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance obligations framework to ensure full compliant to AGA group and company-wide code of conducts as well as rules and regulations required by Law
  • Review existing internal control remediation plans to ensure controls’ existence, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Develop compliance obligations review schedule on a yearly basis or as assigned and proceed toward review finalization and evaluation process
  • Develop and handle Fraud detection and control tools and framework aligning with an Anti Fraud Policy according to AGA Group Integrity Program
  • Work with Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Over 25 years old. 
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; accounting degree is advantage
  • Auditing skill and experience are a plus
  • Good English reading, speaking, and writing Skills necessary
  • Self-Motivated and Resulted Oriented
  • Attention to detail and high aptitude
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly ethical and possess ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of PC (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skill
