1. MONDIAL MOBILE SALES CONSULTANT (MMSC)

Report to :
Manager - Automotive Services
Job Summary :
To involve in Automotive extended warranty sales business at assigned car dealerships and assist telesales activities.
Essential Job Functions :
- Sell Extended warranty products on behalf of car manufacturers.
- Coach dealer staff and assist to close deal.
- Co-ordinate with financiers on finance approval process & commission payment.
- Co-ordinate with dealers to ensure timely payment of commission to sales staff.
- Encourage / promote sales community activity via social network.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Key Working Relationships :
This position communicates with both internal and external customers. The position must deal professionally and effectively with our Customer and the public.
Qualifications :
- Vocational Degree or higher in any fields.
- Self-Motivated and Target Oriented.
- Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
- Experience in Car dealer’s customer relation department be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided.
- English skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Summary :
This job involves providing support for projects / activities undertaken by the Marketing Department. The position is largely involved in the Automotive & Contact Centre lines of business. Within this scope, the incumbent is expected to assist with the execution of PR and Marketing plans and in particular to support the company’s activities in B2C Roadside Assistance. This will involve providing support in developing the membership product and in promoting this service to the general public and corporate customers.
Essential Job Functions :
- Focus on building our brand into B2B2C and B2C Roadside Assistance market.
- Develop corporate business as part of the development of B2B2C and B2C.
- Actively promote the Roadside Service with the Authorized Dealers of the company’s car manufacturing clients.
- Promote the company’s services in the Insurance, Banking and other auto-related industries.
- Analyze and monitor competitive situation including product, price, promotion and process.
- Plan and execute marketing activity and sales promotion to achieve the sales target agreed.
- Secure the good relationship with existing clients and establish the business opportunity with new clients.
- Monitor, Measure and performance evaluation by timely preparation of sales, performance, analysis report and monthly presentation.

Qualifications :

Job Summary :
The Travel Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) position reports directly to Manager – Travel Service. The incumbent’s key tasks include communicating with customers face-to-face and handling reservations of the Travel Insurance section.
Essential Job Functions :
- Ensure that all client / customer contact is conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance products in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with clients / customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients / customers in face-to–face meetings, via telephone and email.
- Daily perform travel insurance reservation functions.
- Answering enquiries relating to Travel Insurance.
- Timely preparation of sales and related meeting reports.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
Key Working Relationships :
The incumbent must communicate with internal departments and parties external to the company, i.e. clients and customers. He or she must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. The position reports to Senior Manager – Travel Service and will work closely with Senior Manager – Travel Service in developing and executing agreed tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Insurance, Administration and/or Travel is required.
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- The ability to plan and manage time is essential.
- A friendly, service-minded, professional manner is imperative.
- Computer literacy.

- Experience in Tour Planning Business (Japan destination is advantage).

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Job Summary :
The Travel Insurance Coordinator position reports directly to Senior Manager – Travel Services. The incumbent’s key tasks include assisting with general administration of the Travel Insurance section, as well as co-coordinating with Travel Consultants to fulfill the travel partners’ requirement. The position will offer internal support to the Travel Consultants, who spend more time out in the field.
Essential Job Functions :
- Ensure that all sales materials are updated at all time and coordinate with suppliers to produce all materials and sales tools as necessary.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Travel Insurance products in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with clients/customers.
- Develop a good understanding of the Thai Travel Insurance market and competitive activity.
- Communicate effectively with clients/customers in face to face meetings, via telephone and email.
- Co-ordinate a run presentation meeting or brush-up training to Travel Agency staff held at Mondial’s office or outside the company and/or organize the participation in trade show or other related fairs.
- Co-ordinate and assist to perform travel insurance reservation functions including e-mail correspondence including answering outbound calls relating to Travel Insurance.
- Manage to run marketing & promotional campaigns and travel agency incentive program on a monthly basis.
- Attend to specified sales and marketing Administration tasks.
- Timely preparation of sales and related meeting reports.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
Key Working Relationships :
The position is the main support to a team of Travel Consultants who are responsible for developing the company’s Travel Insurance business. The role is primarily within the office environment, but involves considerable contact with people in the Travel Industry.
Internally, the work of the Travel Insurance Coordinator will impact on the duties of staff in other departments and the Coordinator must be sure that all internal communication is timely and coherent.
Qualifications :
- Age 25-30 years old, hold Bachelor’s Degree.
- Work experience in Sales, Insurance, Administration and/or Travel is required.
- At least 1 year in sales and/or marketing coordinating fields.
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- The ability to plan and manage time is essential.
- The ability to prepare and make presentations effectively.
- Good computer literacy in MS Office.
- Proficiency in both written and both written and spoken English is mandatory.
