If you drive a car then this club is for you. Whilst 24hr emergency roadside assistance is central to the services that we provide, club membership holds a lot more benefits and privaledges than simply getting you out of a jam. Mondial Auto Assist currently covers in excess of 400,000 vehicles in Thailand, ensuring peace of mind on the roads. 

Many vehicle owners, particularly new car buyers like to think that they don’t need Roadside Assistance services. The same people may be surprised to know that Auto Assist provides thousands of services to stranded motorists every month and that around 36% of services involve vehicles that are less than 12 months old. Some of the more common service issues such as flat batteries, tyre problems, fuel problems and keys being locked in the car have nothing to do with mechanical reliability and affect all vehicles, new or old.

Membership Types

24hr Emergency Roadside Assistance

24hr Emergency Roadside Assistance is very much the heart & soul of Mondial Auto Assist membership. Service is available throughout Thailand via a network of around 900 service providers.

Before you jump to the conclusion that you don’t need this service, consider this:

  • More than 36% of the services that we provide involve member vehicles that are less than 12 months old
  • Flat batteries, tyre problems, fuel problems, keys being mistakenly locked in the car, are amongst the most common problems encountered by members, yet these problems have nothing to do with the mechanical reliability of your vehicle.
  • Non-members could find themselves stranded by the roadside for hours waiting for assistance. Apart from any inconvenience, this is a potentially dangerous situation, especially for women driving alone
  • In contrast, on average Mondial Auto Assist members wait only 30 minutes for a Mobile Technician and 45 minutes for a tow truck anywhere in Thailand
