Discounts are clearly marked on all invoices and we make statistical information on average pricing available to our clients.

Our Medical Director monitors treatment to make sure that only the appropriate treatment is provided and to prevent over-servicing. Medical Coordinators carefully check invoices to ensure the information is correct and to avoid duplication. Being a de-regulated market, our agreements with commercial airlines enable us to offer significant savings on air travel booked in Thailand.
