Network: In Bangkok, Auto Assist’s own fleet of motorcycles and flatbed tow trucks provides the required assistance services. In the northern provinces, our network of more than 540 service providers deliver help and assistance. Call Centre: A hi-tech Bangkok based Call Centre receives calls and coordinates services. Dedicated lines are used so that calls can be answered in the client’s name. The Call Centre system provides comprehensive statistics on call activity. Purpose-built Roadside Assistance software is used to gather and report on all breakdowns.
All services are followed up with a call to the customer to confirm their level of satisfaction. The results comprise part of the monthly management reports which we provide to all our clients.
